03 Trailblazer. I can move the selector but the airflow does not change. The AC worked fine as we drove the truck to NTB for the new battery. The only thing that changed is the new battery and trailblazer being with out a battery for the amount of time it take to install a new one. My guess is that it is a computer controller issue that needs to be reset or reprogrammed.
 
The only thing you could try to do before taking it in is to unhook your battery again overnight and let the computor reset. I've had weird things like that happen to me as well.
