I have a 94 silverado c1500 it has a v8 but it isn't as loud as I would like it. I was talking with a few of my friends and they say to take off the exhaust pipe and catalytic converter. I live in MA and I believe this is illegal to do so. If it is what can I do to make it loud?
I don't have a lot of cash to do anything to it really, so cheap is better.
