castech 706 cracked heads. what else should i fix?

hello i will be replacing my heads on my 2004 suburban 190000mi with new ones http://www.ebay.com/itm/191995086026?_trksid=p2055119.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:IT is there anything else i should do while heads are off? like lifters or cam timing chain? any help would be appreciated this will be my first time digging into an engine. thanks,

your link doesnt work but you wouldnt change the lifters unless you also intend to change the cam. You dont list the year or how many miles so hard to say what else you might need.

sorry its a 2004 with 190000.

I assume you have the 5.3 which comes with a roller cam so just changing the timing chain and related components should be fine. Would also consider replacing the water pump.
