I am 18 and I have my driver license. I ask Mom if I could use her car she said witch one I said the corvette. she ask y . I said I have a date and would like to use the car. she said y don't you use your car. My car is a 2000 bmw 3 series . I said ur car is a Convertible. she said no use your car.. I said y you have let me use the car before she said you got a speeding ticket. I said you know that it was 5mph over the limit and and i was slowing down that the had speed limit changed. she said I don't care the answer is no that is it. so i took the car out. and i got in a one car accident.
there was a kid in the road going after a ball and I could not stop in time so I put the car in a telephone pole. the front axle does not look good. How do I tell Her.
And I do not have a job because I am in college and intern in real estate.
The house is in my name so she can't kick me out. but the car is in her name. and mine is in my name

and should a give her my car. I paid for myself no help from mom/ dad
if she press charges and sue me. I will kick her but out..
yes the cop came and i told that i have use the car before.. that is true but i did not tell them that she said no to me is time

hay mom it is all your fault for leaving keys.. THAT DID NOY WORK. she ask were are the keys to my car i gave them to her and she keyed my car.. so i said fuc you and called the cop on her know i fell bad and i am going down there to bail her out of jail
