Can you switch the center seat with a center council in an 07' Chevy Silverado?

The center council is standard in the 07 Chevy Silverado LTZ, and an option in the LT package. I am looking to buy a pickup but cant afford an LTZ and I really want an center council. Finding a pickup with the center council and LT package is hard to find. So I am wondering if it is possible to change out the standard center seat (that has an flip down arm rest) in the front with an center council.
The new body style Chevy Silverado 07- current.
