can you off road in a 2009 chevy silverado?

due to it being a truck
being bigger
and raised compared to most cars
and this truck has bigger wheels and is slightly raised
does it mean you can basically go over a lot more curbs and go over stuff compared to say a car laying low

Yes, they are fine to go off road in. Make sure its 4WD though.
