why modify a cobalt man come on. Get some old mistubishi or something. volks or anything but modifying a cobalt is a waste of time.

You can modify any engine. And yes they have after market turbos that will fit them.

Check the KN website for intake turbos, and then Bosh for injection, and then google turbo booster and they can find you the info you need.
