Can I Replace the Digital Dash on a 1984 Corvette?

[2010 Kawasaki Ninja 250r]

I was never a big fan of digital dashboards. I just bought a Beautiful 1984 red Chevrolet Corvette and it has digital speedo, tach, fuel, oil temp, etc. I'd like to remove that dash, put in a frame for the analog gauges, and put them in. I am wondering if it's possible, and if so, how hard is it?
