Depends on the GVWR (Gross Vehicle Weight Rating) of your pickup truck. There should be a placard or sticker on the rear edge of the driver's door or on the door post that states the maximum weight your truck can carry. If the total weight of the truck and cargo does not exceed that weight limit, then you're good to go.
NOTE: GVWR includes the weight of fuel in the tank, passengers in the cab, and any extras you may put inside the camper, like water in holding tanks or food and camping supplies. Also, make sure the tires on the truck are properly fitted and inflated for the weight you plan to carry.
