Cadillac Escalade, or a Chevrolet Tahoe or Suburban?

which one? i don't want to spend over $40,000 and i want it to have leather seats i don't care if its used, as long as it's under 50k miles. which one should i buy?

i think i like the Escalade because it has air conditioning seats.

escalades are nice of course. but really i woulod go with the hoe.
