Brake master cylinder

Hi! Can anyone point me in the direction on vehicles that share the same size brake master cylinder as a 2015 chevy spark? That particular part has been discontinued and I can't find the complete replacement for it. Ive found the part of ebay but it doesn't come with the black drum looking part. Is that part needed to replace the brake master cylinder or can I just put the old one back on? Thank you for any help!

The black drum is the brake booster. Unless you have a hard brake pedal with the engine running there is no need to replace it.
Why do you think you need a new master cylinder?
