Black screen after jump start

My battery died yesterday, and once jump started, the infotainment screen was black. I tried reconnecting the cables behind the glovebox, checking the fuses (not blown) and disconnecting the battery for 10 minutes, still not working. None of the USBs work now as well. The radio will play from the steering wheel and will change stations and sound, but nothing on the screen. Please help!!

You have covered all the basics that can be done without dealer level diagnostic tools.

Try to disconnect the battery and hook it to a charger overnight. This will let the systems in the truck "reboot." Reconnect the battery in the morning and see if everything works properly.
