I have an '84 vette with the L83 SB 350. it has 75,000 miles on it and I recently put a cam in it. For the break in of the cam I used rotella 15w-40 and a Lucas break-in additive. I have about 750 miles on the current oil and am planning on dumping it in 250 miles. What are my best options as far as oils go? Synthetic or conventional? Standard or racing oil(oil with more zinc), and what interval should I change it at?
