on my 06 silverado lt. I replaced battery and have pulled every fuse using a multimeter to check battery drain. no change. i put a new actuator a week ago was working fine but now I'M getting hot air on drivers side and cold air on passenger side. could that be the problem. it was working fine when I put it in. my brand new battery drains overnight. can anyone help me with this?

I had a multimeter checking it. it was reading 12.86 pulling fuses one at a time.

You check parasitic drain with an ammeter not a voltmeter.
The maximum is typically 50 milli amps.
