I use an EAZ LIFT WD HITCH. TT IS 8000#. EAZ LIFT cust serv says: Let the air shocks level truck load before hookup. Then turn off air shocks, & hook up normally, and do not keep air shocks on while towing. I think they are right. When I hook up, the air shocks change height of truck & cancel the WD hitch effects. My front wheels are very light. Sway is bad, even though I use 2 slide sway bars on tounge. I also have bad porpoising on some roads. I want to put an on/off switch in my cab for the air shocks. Some other trucks have switches, RAM etc. It sounds like you know your stuff. Thanks. This truck is new for me, my other Subur towed this TT great, with same hitch.
