Are Backup Camera Wires already in Harness?

Hello, new member here. I have a new-to-me 2013 Suburban 1500 LT. It does not have a backup camera and does not have a dash screen, but that was an option for this truck. Are the power & video wires already present in a harness running to the tailgate? If not, are there any unused wires running from the dash to the tailgate? If so, I will go hardwired. If not, I'll go wifi. Thank you in advance.

you would have to look at the parts diagrams, for instance below the license plate lamps have two different wire harnesses depending on whether with or without camera.

I agree. Maybe someone can direct me to the wiring diagrams for a 2013 Suburban 1500 LT with standard options.
