approximate number of hours to change rear seal of 5.3 chevy engine in silverado?

I would like to know how much it would cost to change rear oil seal in my 2005 5.3 V8 chevrolet pickup. I only need to know th hours as i know the labor rates around here so I will be able to figure total cost.
