anybody know where the fuse is for the rear seat 12 volt outlet on a 2003 chevy

Oh, and the manual doesn't help. It talks about a panel in the driver door and in the driver footwell. I've pulled all those fuses and they look good. Now I'm hearing there are fuses under the hood. I'll check there.

There might be a another fuse box under the pasanger side.
