AC Fan doesn't work on 2004 Chevy Silverado?

I have a 2004 Chevy 2500 HD. The control panal for my heating and air conditioning works. The problem I am having is that the fan isn't running. I am not getting air from the vents. I would like to check the fuses, any suggestions, particulary which ones?

I looked at the fuses and there are a lot of them labeled AC, HVAC and etc...There is also one labeled blower..Which one of these should I look at?
