99 chevy suburban flasher relay problems

I have a Chevy suburban 1999 311, 897 miles still runnin strong ohhhhh yeah bow tie till I die

Ok sorry bout that
My problem is my flasher relay gets stuck as if my hazards are on but they aren't neither are my blinkers
I have replaced the flasher relay thinking it might be a faulty relay
But alas it was not. I am still hearing that relay clicking on and off
Can someone please help me

Also my alternator is going out and my plans are to get a high output alternator for my chevy
For future growth of my stereo system is there a problem with installing a 200 + amp alternator or should I stay stock alternator level ?

The directional switch is a possibility. On the alternator, I would speak to the supplier to find out if you have to upgrade the wiring harness.
