99 chevy blazer...help plz

My 99 Chevy blazer 4.3L v6 4dr 2wd has been acting up. Issues I've been have are: when I start the vehicle it shakes at low rpms but stops once above 2500rpms. While driving it shakes at low speeds, and at 70mph. Also while driving it loses power when I turn on the a/c.

I've checked the spark plugs/wires, cleaned the fuel filter, but when I did the gas that came out was blackish. Can anyone help me. Please.

do you have a check engine light on?
why would you clean a fuel filter, you are supposed to replace it with a new one.

No the check engine light is off. Cleaned it bcuz can't get a new one at the moment. Also the car wnt shift down past drive.

You have described a fuel problem to a great extent and if you cannt change the fuel filter to start with how do you expect to fix this problem?

Sounds to me like you need to give the throttle body a good cleaning. You can get a can of spray cleaner for around four bucks. Use it.
