97 sub rear brakes squeaking

upon applying my brakes the rear brakes are making a squeaking noise in a rythym and i've replaced both front pads and rear shoes didn't need to turn the rear drums as they were smooth and not damaged at all just changed them so they wouldn't go bad on San Antonio trip.
 
Well, you added shoes and did not resurface the drums...probably glazed it really bad

Or you have a rear wheel cylinder or axle seal leak getting it wet.

Most likely...new set of shoes and have those drums turned. You already saved money doing it yourself why get cheap and not put it back together correctly?
