94 chevy silverado motor swap?

I changed my 350 motor in my 94 chevy truck it runs good but idles too high and trans is not shifting right did not pull trans its like there is a vacune line off the trans it shifts at like 2500 rpm @ real hard anyone have any suggestions?

could be that the distribitor needs to be sit down for the idling to go down,or could be alose vaccum hose,hard to say for sure what it would be.could be there is not enough tranny fluid if its shifting hard check that and take it to have it checked on the timing.hope this helps out.
