92 Chevy Silverado 1500 series 350 Eng /fuel System?

When I am driving, I am feeling a combustion type miss sort of like a (vacuum or fuel ) and when I am going slow it is not getting a steady flow of fuel. The Fuel Pump was replaced about a year and a half ago.Would I get the same type of feel from a Fuel Filter that is dirty.

plugs/cap/ rotor to start if it hasnt been done. take care of maintenance first and go from there. if it has A miss, then chances are is that it is in the tune up parts assuming that you dont have somthing more serious. it has TB injection, so im doubting that a random miss would be in the FI.
