90 Silverado-is this a good deal?

Hello everyone. I've been looking for a nice older used truck and I think I've found one. 1990 Silverado 4x4 standard cab long bed with only 88000 miles. New tires, recent tune up, 5.7 V8, looks good inside and out. Everything works. On a scale of 1 to 10 I'd give it 8. I can get it for $5800. Is this a good deal or is it to much for a 20 year truck
