Well, just got an 87 Suburban with factory manual 4 spd. (SM465). It's a 3/4 ton 4x4 with the 14bolt semi floater. I have an AAM out of a 2002 Chevy pickup with the 11-1/2" ring gear. Anyone on here done this swap? It looks like the spring pads with have to be relocated and change out the M/cyl for the rear discs. Looks fairly straight forward but any advice would be appreciated.
