The '84 is totally stock. The 95' has, K&N cold air, Dual kat-back exausht, MSD ignition, ?500. Shift kit? (think that's what it's called) And i beilve the name the man i bought car from was "viper performance chip"? But which car would win in either a "Drag" scenario or (for lack of a better word) Interstate racing.. Just curious I could go find out on my own but i'm smarter then that.. and i'm not yet qualified to be a jackass..
Oh and it's an LT1... Although the mechanic i had look atn LS1 with the aluminum headers? haha i'm not gonna act like i know what i'm talking about if i don't.
* Although the mechanic i had look at it said it was like an LS1 with---... even though it's like one is a 4 bolt main.

the old C4 Vettes were pretty slow compared to later cars. they only made about 250hp, and the 90's T/A's made between 270-300hp. considering that the Vette is stock and the T/A has some minor power-adders, i'd say the T/A would definitely win.

Between you and the mechanic neither of you have a clue, lol. The LS1 wasn't made until 97 and wasn't in a Fbody until 98. Aluminum headers?

Anyway, the 84 'vette doesn't have a chance unless the T/A driver is really, REALLY bad. The '84 doesn't make that much power, has a junk CFI engine.

The T/A wins hands down.
