corvette shifts into first and reverse fine, no problems. When cold it wont shift into 2nd/3rd/4th gear until roughly 2500 rpm. After driving for a while, 20-30 min, transmission will began to shift more like it should, sometimes bogging down instead of shifting down, and then up shifting too soon. If car sits for a little bit its back to not shifting until 2500 rpm. In addition, when it finally shifts at such a high rpm the shift is very rough / harsh. Fluid/filter has been changed. If I need to rebuild/replace can I use an '87-'93 axillary 700R4? If so what mods?
