i need help on replacing the front end bushings. i need to know how to swap out the control arms with out letting the spring shoot out

you need to rent or buy a spring compressor.

Correct, you remove front shock and then insert compessor.

So when it comes to the control arm removal do i take the top one off first does it matter on orientation of what bolt I take off first or it doesn't mstter once the coil is compressed

The top one is removed first after separating the ball joint. Then remove shock, compress spring and remove, remove spindle and lower arm.

no you have you remove them also before taking out the control arm

I can see your point. In your case I'm assuming the car is on the floor with a floor jack supporting the lower arm, the spring compressor is properly installed and the spring is compressed. You slowly lower the control arm till you can remove the spring assembly.

Ok Ive seen some pull it out when its not ready .so I guessing the compressor has to have the coil compressed to the correct length

another trick is to tie a length of chain to the coil and the frame, if the spring pops it wont go anywhere.

Yes I saw tht also I was thinking of doing tht also .I was reading the coil has to be out back in a certain way or it Will sit the car up higher or lower than it should be

when you remove it pay attention to the location of the open end of the spring in the lower pocket. Reinstall it the same way.

I'm sure it is easier than you think, good luck and let us know how it works out.

I went and kooked under the car and I didn't see any clearance to put the coil compressors on the sides .

Not sure what kind of tool you have but the shock comes out and the compressor center rod is inserted up the inside of the spring.
