I traded a 93' C1500 Blazer for a 62' 4dr. It has a 235 L6 with an early style 350 transmission that are in good working order. It was originally the 193 L6 with power glide trans but I plan to make it a V8 with a 700R4 transmission eventually.
I want to work on the suspension first as its a daily driver. I'm working on repairing some of the wiring that's subpar and fixing a few neglected items.
My question is are there any suggestions on what would be good choices for suspension? Upgrades or mods needed for V8s? I've found a rack and pinion steering set but I'm not sure which way to go. I don't care if it's original or not but I plan to go five hole
