2103 Silverado Stabilitrak OFF and Engine misfire

I am new to the forum but wanted to get some opinions

I have a 2013 Silverado 1500 with 148000 miles. Today at a red light the truck began to vibrate a little, the check engine light started blinking, i lost satbilitrak, and Traction control. I was right aorund the corner from a dealership who has the truck now. They plugged into the truck and determined a cylinder misfire on cylinder 4. The engine seems to have a mild knock as well.

Has anyone else experienced this?

I'm asking because before evaluating the truck they were discussing a NEW engine already. HELP??????

Having a P0304 code is not unusual and it would trigger the other lights.
If it's drivable take it for a second opinion.

Have you ever changed the fuel filter and or ran a injector cleaner in it? May just need a good tune up.

I received a Quote to replace 2 AFM Lifter arms at $3500..... mostly labor

The truck is not worth but maybe $10,000 so I may just trade it in..........
