2023 Uplevel Instrument Cluster

I have searched the interweb and the owner manual and I can not find anything that explains the yellow lines on both the speedometer and the tachometer. Are these lines supposed to tell me something? If so, what? Driving earlier today, I have 2 different lines on the speedometer. One was around 15 mph and the other was at 40. The speed limit on the road I was on was 45.
