Hello. I’m buying a 2022 Silverado LT. Want to see if I can swap the stock 18 in tires and rims for 22in tires and rims, without any other modifications, like leveling kit or lift. Thanks for your help

The stock ones are 265/65R18. If they can just be swapped I would buy whatever 22s I need too….haven’t bought them yet

You would need 275/50x22 to maintain tire diameter. The wheels would have to have the correct backspace and offset to fit based upon the 18" wheel. Look at tirerack.com
