2021 seat issue

I have a 2021 traverse rs. My 2nd row seat has the upper handle to lift the seat forward for easier access into 3rd row, we'll that handle seems like it's stuck. It isn't allowing me to pull it to lift forward and I'm afraid if I pull too hard, it'll break. Any suggestions on how to fix this issue?

It's a brand new vehicle, make an appointment with the dealer for service.

I also have a 2021 Traverse, the second row seat will not release to fold down flat on the drivers side. It happened once right after I bought it, they had to replace
the track. It has happened again, probably will need a new track again, has to be a cable issue stretching not being able to completely release. Anybody eles
having this issue?
