2019 Malibu shut down

Was driving my 2019 Malibu and the car shut down without warning, I could not put in neutral, no lights, even the hazards light were not working. Had to have car towed. Anyone what s going on?

Check battery voltage first. If it will ok (more than 12.5 volts) check wires from battery to ECU. To put neutral, disassemble shift knob box and push yellow button
