2018 cruz front radiator apron

Does anyone know what goes under the plastic trim between the trim and the radiator. I think there is some type of baffle with holes that the plastic
trim attaches to.

I think these parts are too low. They are for the bumper, not the upper radiator area. My parts are near the hood release.
