2017 Silverado rotor problem

Hey everyone. So I have a 2017 Silverado. Rear rotors were starting to pit so I replace them with a set of coated rotors and ceramic pads. Issue now is I have a warped rotor feeling. Weird this is in the driver side rear rotor there’s a strip all the way around that somehow still has the coating on it.don’t see an option here to add a photo. Is it common to have a new defective set of rotors ?

I didn’t. I won’t be able to look at it until this weekend .
