2014 LTZ with 300k

Inherited a Suburban with 300k miles. Trans was rebuilt at some point. Needs $3900 in work (exhaust manifold, radiator, front windshield, breaks and rotors, front upper and lower ball joints). Body, frame and interior are great. Thoughts?

Look up the value at nada.com and decide whether it’s worth it. Sounds like a lot of deferred maintenance.
