I have a 2014 half ton with about 58,000 miles on it that I bought new. I have researched these trucks and heard that the eco mode where it drops four cylinders has caused the top end to fail. Has anyone heard of a chip or tuner that would eliminate this but still keep decent fuel mileage? I’m not really looking for more power or torque, just wanting the most life out of the engine because I have heard of engines going out at 100-110,000 miles.
