2011 Suburban Newly acquired, question(s)

Just procured a burb in Dallas, TX. 94k for $21500

Anyways my two questions are

-Those seat back trims behind the drivers and passengers side are falling off and leather is receding from the edges. Is there a fix for this, how much are these each at the dealer?

-Secondly, Is there such a thing as a Texas Edition Suburban with no badges?
