2011 front rotor hot!!

Drove my 2011 Avalanche today after it was sitting for over a week. After about 8 miles I stopped and smelled hot brake lining. The left front rotor was extremely hot . I removed the wheel after it cooled awhile. The wheel turned freely ,it did not appear that the caliper was stuck. The bearing seemed ok and the pads looked good . About a year ago I replaced the wheel bearing . Any idea's or suggestions on what's going on ?

If you smelled hot brake linings either the caliper seized or the rubber hose is starting to collapse internally.
