ok my dad is co signing for me a new car... i am about to get a job that pay 1130 dollars a mounth after taxes... at the least.. at the most it will be around 1800... i need to know can i afford a 500-600 dollar car payment... my mom and dad are paying the bills.. im not a freeloader my mom and dad want me to live at home... they are moving in 1 year... or when my gf gets a job 2... i just wanted to know if i could afford this car thanx... o and it will cost around 31,000 after taxes.. all the money ive got tied up right now is about 140 dollar out of my check plz help...

Hey i also like the chevy malibu and im interested in getting one too. Honestly though you should look into buying a used 2008-2010 malibu. Once you drive your new car out the dealer ship it loses 15% of its value (i know you heard that before?). Getting a used one with less than 25,000 miles wont be a problem at all. Just look for one at a dealer ship or autotrader.com . You can even search for a certified one if your worried about the used car thing.
You can save thousands and still have pretty much brand new car.

check autotrader.com and kbb.com for car price deals, prices, specs etc.
