2008 4.3 Silverado engine hot ac off/ temp gauge reading cold

What’s up yall, been having problem after problem with the engine hot ac off warning and the temp gauge reading cold. I’ve replaced the coolant temp sensor and thermostat and it was fixed for about a month but it came back. Not sure what to do at this point. Thanks in advance.

You need a scan tool capable of determining why ECM not reading a signal from sensor. Also you could have a failed new sensor. Did you use a GM sensor?
