I had a flowmaster seires 40 2.5 in 2.5 out muffler on my stock muffler system, which sounded and ran great.. I had to replace it this week so I went to my local muffler shop. I wanted to go to a dual system setup. I was told that flowmaster didn't make a 40 series 2 into 1 or 2 into 2 40 series muffler. they said magnaflow had a muffler that would give me more HP which is great. they said I would love it.. I got it put on. its a 2.5 dual in and 3" out. it sounded good not as good as the flowmaster. I test drove the burb and I was just so disapointed in how much torque was lost. I have no low end torque!!! do I need to put an x-pipe in to gain more back preasure.. some people say to reset my computer? should I just go back to the 40 series??
