...for the long term fix.? I own a 2007 Corvette Convertible 3LT and when the convertible top is either put up or down it hits the back window's black framing. This is due to the fact that the folding part of the convertible top is not “tight” enough to provide the necessary clearance to prevent this hitting. I have taken it into the shop twice and the problem keeps occurring even when both seats are put all the way up and out of the way. Both times the repairs were attempted by done by engineers from the convertible top’s manufacture (the name escapes me). Their fixes involved tightening the wires and making other adjustments. This fix lasts a few weeks but then reverts back to hitting. Any ideas of what I can do to permanently correct this issue? Thanks in Advance
