Whether the lock is pulled up or down or using the keyfob or the power door locks the door always seems to be stuck and will not open. I am not sure if I can remove the door panel when the door is closed. Does anyone have any suggestions?
Did you try to open the door from inside and from the outside. Someone may have tripped the child safety lock to it's armed position. This happens quite often.
If you still cannot open the door then it's off to the dealer with it.
