That means the engine is running too lean. It could be an intake manifold leak, a faulty sensor, a computer problem a wiring problem a fuel injection problem...... Bring it to a mechanic or buy a manual that will give you a troubleshooting procedure. Bank one is the right side looking at the engine from the front of the engine, where the accessory belt(s) are.
