I am looking at a 2006 Chevy Cobalt SS supercharger. The dealer is asking 12500. What do you suggest would be a good value to purchase it at?

It is Black and it is super stocked with power everything, 19' premium tires, Sound boost and a sun roof.
Has 34,000 miles.

I am thinking about offering 10500 or 11000
