2005 Chevy Malibu LS Ball Joint?

I have a 2005 Chevy Malibu LS that needs new ball joints. One place has told me I only need the ball and they are 62 a piece, another place says I need the ball and arm and they are 200 a piece. Does anyone know for sure exactly what kind of ball joint the Malibu LS (non hatchback) has. It is a V6 3.5, and how much each will cost?

the ball joint is NOT serviceable the control arm has to changed

ok places sell the ball join complete with the arm and control arm bushings. others sell just the ball joint because they have the tool to remove just the ball joint my shop removes complete
