2005 chevy cobalt blinker help?

My left blinker started blinking really fast, I checked and the front light is blinking fast, and the back light doesn't blink at all. The back taillight however works fine--it just isn't blinking! Is this a fuse problem or bulb problem? Ultimately, how do I fix this?!
